The Stewardship & Development Board develops the strategic plan for the parish and lays out the ways the parish will use its resources to attain that vision. The S & D Board
- Prepares an overall strategic plan and sets the direction of the Parish :
- Devises strategic plan based on information provided by PPC, Finance, and other parish organizations.
- Coordinates parish resources of time, talent, and treasure
- Coordinates all fundraising campaign
- Develops a three to five year strategic plan
- Prepares a priority list that includes the following:
- Parish Activities
- Parish Programs
- Capital Expenses
- Works with parish organization and prepares specific strategies such as:
- Ministry Fair
- Pledge Drive
- Will / Estate Planning
- Memorial List
