The Stewardship & Development Board develops the strategic plan for the parish and lays out the ways the parish will use its resources to attain that vision. The S & D Board

1. Prepares an overall strategic plan and sets the direction of the Parish :
   1. Devises strategic plan based on information provided by PPC, Finance, and other parish organizations.
   2. Coordinates parish resources of time, talent, and treasure
   3. Coordinates all fundraising campaign
   4. Develops a three to five year strategic plan
2. Prepares a priority list that includes the following:
   1. Parish Activities
   2. Parish Programs
   3. Capital Expenses
3. Works with parish organization and prepares specific strategies such as:
   1. Ministry Fair
   2. Pledge Drive
   3. Will / Estate Planning
   4. Memorial List
