Dear Parishioners and Friends;

As we navigate these unchartered waters, we can all be comforted by the grace and compassion of the St. Joan of Arc Parish community.  We are faced with challenges we have not had to address before, but we know we can get through this because we are a strong and connected community of faith.

Although we are not able to come together and celebrate mass, we can come together to help those in need.  Please reach out to your neighbors to see how they are doing and, if you can, offer assistance to those in need.  Through our outreach ministries, we are working to set up a group of volunteers to help those who are not able to go out grocery shopping, pick up prescriptions, or other errands.  Please contact the Rectory (847-673-0409) or any of the leaders of the outreach ministries if you or someone you know needs help. As we are sure you can imagine, the absence of a Sunday collection has put the parish under financial pressure. We are committed to honoring the request of the Archdiocese that each parish continue to minister to their community by maintaining and paying their staff.  Therefore, we ask those of you who make your donation through the collection baskets at mass to please consider mailing a donation to the rectory or setting up a donation through St Joan of Arc’s GiveCentral.  If you need assistance setting up your account, please contact the Rectory, or email Jack Schermerhorn who works there.  It is easy to set up a weekly or monthly recurring donation that will sustain the Parish through this difficult time.

Thank you all for your support to St. Joan of Arc through your prayers, volunteering, and financial commitment. Without you, St. Joan of Arc could not continue to minister to this dynamic parish community.
