Name First Last School Grade as of Fall 2016 I regularly attend Sunday Mass: Weekly at SJA Mostly SJA but also other places I look forward to assisting at Mass in a regular and reverent manner: I am currently an Altar Server and would like to continue I would like to become part of the Altar Server ministry All servers are required to attend a training session that will be tailored to their level of knowledge. Training for SJA school students will occur during the school day. For students at other schools, training will be arranged separately.
