The Archdiocese began pairing parishes to further communication and Christian brotherhood in 1986. St. Joan of Arc was “twinned” with St. Agnes of Bohemia, a large and vital parish located at 26th Street and Central Park in the heart of an area of Chicago known as “La Villita” (Little Village). We supply donations of both food and money throughout the year, gather coats through the Annual Coat Drive and provide needy families with Christmas gifts through the “Giving Tree”.
